Fusion Auto Sales provided me with I can best describe as a "new age" vehicle buying experience.  There are many advantages to a smaller operation that I feel I experienced first hand.  I initially went to browse the dealership with mostly ideas about what type of car I wasn't looking for.  However, the extensive industry knowledge and experience of Tom Mosey adn Jeramy Mailloux quickly narrowed my vague description into the make and model of my eventual purchase.  I appreciated that they did not try and corner me into existing inventory on the lot as it was obvious my needs were different and we moved in the right direction from day 1.
    I was very impressed with Tom Mosey's willingness and enthusiasm to find me "my car" at the weekly auctions he attends in Toronto.  His consistent and direcct communication put me at ease as I could tell Tom was on top of things and this laid the groundwork for a strong relationship.  He was also very flexible in working around my schedule to accommodate phone calls and talk strategy.  Tom assured me that he would find my vehicle and deliverd quickly on his promise.  He was ablel to locate me a 2007 BMW Z4i Roadster within weeks resulting in the desired quick turnaround for both parties.

The entire staff at Fusion Auto Sales was curteous and the detailers went the extra mile in cleaning and waxing my car for pick-up.  I could tell that everyone took great pride in their work!  I can honestly say that when dealing with Fusion Auto Sales you can expect honesty, fairness and value for your hard-earned money.  I am confident they will be in business a long time with a truly customer focused approach.  I still feel great about the whole buying process and it is clear that Tom genuinely cares about his customers as he followed up with me on numerous occasions to make sure I'm still satisfied.  This experience has confirmed that Fusion Auto Sales will by my firs choice for any future vehicle purchases.
